Caramel Apple S’mores

Caramel Apple S'mores with Campfire marshmallows

Does anyone else have a friend who doesn’t like chocolate?

If you’ve ever visited My Baking Addiction, you may have noticed a lot of chocolate. Chocolate of all types, in fact! So having a friend who doesn’t like chocolate…well, it throws a person for a bit of a loop. I know I was perplexed when I first heard that.

One of the questions she gets asked a lot is, “How do you eat s’mores?!”

Normally she just says that she doesn’t. Or, she just has the graham cracker and the toasted marshmallow.

That’s just sad. But these Caramel Apple S’mores may have solved this problem for her and anyone else who wants to enjoy a twist on the classic s’mores.

Fall is the perfect time to build a bonfire (or fire up your gas fire pit, like us), roast some Campfire Marshmallows and make some s’mores.

It’s also the perfect time for apple picking. Caramel Apple S’mores combine both of these autumn pastimes into one delicious treat.

To make Caramel Apple S’mores, grab your favorite cinnamon graham crackers. Layer them with thinly sliced granny smith apples and toasted Campfire Regular Marshmallows, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before topping with another graham cracker.

Caramel Apple S’mores are the perfect combo between the classic caramel apple and ooey-gooey s’mores.

Make them for your weird chocolate-hating friend – but I can bet that even the chocolate lovers in your life will love these.
