1 cup powdered milk
1 cup Ghirardelli Sweet Ground White Chocolate Flavor Powder
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of cloves
pinch of allspice
Campfire® Gingerbread Marshmallows
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the marshmallows. Funnel the White Chocolate Gingerbread Cocoa Mix into a large jar. Top with Campfire® Gingerbread Marshmallows. Add on a piece of festive ribbon and printable tag. Store in a cool, dry place.
To make hot cocoa, fill your mug ⅓ of the way full with the White Chocolate Gingerbread Cocoa Mix. Fill the mug with steamed milk. Top with Campfire® Gingerbread Marshmallows.
You can use hot water with this mix, but it is definitely richer, creamier, and tastier with steamed milk.
