4 waffle cone cookies
2 tablespoons of Nutella
2 Campfire® marshmallows
Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella between 2 waffle cone cookies. Repeat for other half.
Prepare ricotta-cream-cheese filling (mix ingredients above)
Toast 2 marshmallows over an open fire until golden brown
Using a piping bag or syringe, fill 1 tablespoon of ricotta-cream-cheese filling into your toasted marshmallows.
Place both marshmallows on top of one waffle cone cookie half
Gently place other waffle cone cookie on top of the marshmallow
Carefully sprinkle mini chocolate chips on the marshmallow where ricotta-cream-cheese filling is oozing out
Dust the Cannoli S’more with confectionary sugar
Top with mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
