Tropical Marshmallow Bark

12 oz white chocolate chips
2 cups Campfire mini Fruit Flavored Marshmallows
2 cups dried pineapple, chopped
1 cup pecans chopped
1 cup shredded coconut


Line 12 x 12 baking pan with wax paper and set aside

Mix marshmallows, pineapple, coconut and pecans in small mixing bowl

On low heat, melt white chocolate chips until all the chocolate is evenly melted

Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and mix so that the pieces are evenly coated

Pour into the lined pan, spread with a spatula if needed

Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours or the freezer for two hours

Cut bark into desired sizes and enjoy!
