Ingredients:

6 oz. milk chocolate, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 medium bananas
8 graham crackers, broken in half to equal 16 squares
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 Campfire® Giant Roasters, cut in half horizontally to equal 8 pieces
8 slices of cooked bacon, cut in half to equal 16 pieces
1/4 cup honey

Directions:

Begin by making the chocolate covered banana slices: Place the milk chocolate in a small, microwave-safe bowl and cook on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until almost melted. Add the vegetable oil and stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2” rounds. One by one, dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate and turn to cover. Using a fork, retrieve the banana slice from the chocolate and gently tap and scrape the bottom against the edge of the bowl to remove the excess chocolate. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Continue until all of the banana slices are coated. Place baking sheet in freezer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, spread each of the graham cracker squares with approximately 1 tsp. of peanut butter. Preheat the oven to broil. Place 8 of the graham cracker pieces on a baking sheet, peanut butter side up and top each with one half of a Campfire Marshmallows Giant Roasters. Broil for 4 – 5 minutes or until marshmallows are melty and the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and place on a serving tray. Top each marshmallow with 3 slices of the chocolate covered bananas and two pieces of the bacon. Drizzle each with approximately 1/2 of honey and top with the remaining 8 peanut butter graham crackers, to make 8 S’Mores sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!
