Sweet and Salty S’mores Brownies

1 box fudgy brownie mix, plus eggs, oil, and water needed to prepare
12 buttery crackers (such as Ritz)
12 chocolate peanut butter cups
12 regular sized Campfire Marshmallows


Preheat oven to 350. Line 12 cupcake tins with liners and place a cracker in the bottom of each. Set aside.

Prepare brownie batter as instructed on box. Fill each liner 2/3 full, then gently press a peanut butter cup into the top of each.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until set around the edges.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Turn your oven broiler on.

Top each brownie with a marshmallow and place pan back in the oven for a few minutes, until marshmallows are browned.

Remove and serve warm.
