prep time: 1 hour
total time: 1 hour
makes: 12 pops

what you’ll need:

12 lollipop or popsicle sticks
36 Regular Campfire Marshmallows
16 oz vanilla almond bark
8 oz chocolate almond bark
6 chocolate sandwich cookies
12 red mini candy coated chocolates (like M&Ms)
Black nonpareils

how you’ll do it:

Melt almond bark according to package directions. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.

Push two marshmallows onto the top of each lollipop stick. Dip in melted vanilla almond bark, shaking gently to allow excess to drip off. Place gently on lined baking sheet, then add black nonpareil “eyes” and “mouth” and a red candy “nose.” Top with half of a chocolate sandwich cookie with the cream scraped off.

Once the vanilla coating has hardened, use a bit of chocolate almond bark to attach a marshmallow to the center of each cookie that tops your snowmen. Once it is firmly attached, dip the “hat” in chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place back on lined baking sheet until candy has hardened completely.

additional notes:

These can also be used as cupcake toppers! Just trim your sticks to match the cupcake size and skewer into frosted cupcakes.
