3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon Jell-O Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4-6 large ice cubes
1/4 graham cracker, crushed
Optional: whipped cream for topping
For Chocolate Ganache:
1 1/2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
For Marshmallow Fluff:
1/4 cup Campfire Marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon light corn syrup
Warm 1 1/2 tablespoons of almond milk in a narrow, microwave-safe dish in the microwave for 15-25 seconds, until it begins to boil slightly. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Allow it to cool slightly.
Prepare the marshmallow fluff by placing Campfire Marshmallows and corn syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 20 seconds, ensuring the marshmallows do not over-inflate or burn. Immediately stir the marshmallows and let them cool.
In a blender, combine yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, almond milk, marshmallow fluff and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Tilt a tall glass and drizzle chocolate ganache along the sides. Pour the protein shake into the glass and optionally, top with crushed graham crackers and whipped cream.
