Salted Caramel Rocky Road Brownies

For the Brownie Cups:
18-ounce boxed brownie mix plus the ingredients listed on the box

For the Topping:
36 milk chocolate candy bar squares
24 regular Campfire Marshmallows
chopped pecans, peanuts, or walnuts
salted caramel sauce


For the Brownies :
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup standard muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Prepare brownies according to the directions on the box.

Use a large cookie scoop (3 tablespoons) to portion the brownie batter into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven and place it on a cooling rack and allow the brownies to cool completely.

For the Topping:
On a microwavable platter, arrange brownies in a single layer. Top each with 3 chocolate squares.

Microwave about 30 seconds, or until chocolate begins to melt.

Toast or roast marshmallows to your liking.

Top each brownie with two marshmallows and drizzle with caramel sauce and pecans. Enjoy!
