1 box red velvet cake mix
1 stick salted butter, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups Campfire miniature marshmallows
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Heat oven to 350. Line an 8×8 square pan with foil. Spray with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
Stir together cake mix, melted butter, and evaporated milk in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, until smooth. Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Sprinkle warm brownies with miniature marshmallows and pecans. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes, until marshmallows are puffy and slightly toasted. Remove from oven and place pan on a rack to cool.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and vegetable oil, stopping to stir every 20 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over brownies.
