1 – 12 ounce bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
2 cups Campfire® Mini Fruit Marshmallows
Graham Crackers for serving
In the bottom of a 12 inch oven proof skillet, spread chocolate chips in a single layer. Sprinkle the chocolate chips with coconut flakes. Top with Campfire® Mini Fruit Marshmallows.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted and chocolate is melted. Serve hot with graham crackers.
