6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups rice or corn cereal squares
2 cups small pretzel twists
1 cup pecans
1 cup Campfire® Mini Marshmallows
Place butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds until melted. Remove from microwave.
Stir brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt into melted butter. Fold in cereal, pretzel twists, and pecans until well coated in the butter and spice mixture.
Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes until mixture is toasted. Stir every 2 minutes to avoid burning.
Spread mixture out on a cookie sheet to cool. Stir in marshmallows and serve.
Snack mix can be stored in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
