Marshmallow Fondue

Ingredients:

8 oz mascarpone cheese
⅛ cup Campfire Mini Marshmallows
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ tsp clear vanilla extract
Fruit, for serving

Directions:

First, make some marshmallow creme by putting your Campfire Mini Marshmallows in a bowl and adding the corn syrup. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and immediately take out and stir. Continue stirring for about one minute as the creme cools down.

In a medium bowl with a handheld mixer, stir the mascarpone and marshmallow creme together until just combined.

Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with fruit.
