1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 oz mini semi sweet chocolate chips
12-15 Campfire Regular Marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs and oil until dough forms
Stir in mini chocolate chips
Place rounded teaspoons of dough on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes
While cookies are baking, cut 12 marshmallows in half using kitchen scissors.
Remove cookies from oven and place half a marshmallow on top, pressing gently.
Hot cocoa cookies are best served warm!
