German Chocolate S’mores

4 Butter Waffle Cookies
4 Regular Campfire Marshmallows
2 snack size chocolate bars
2 tablespoons sweetened flake coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pecans


Lay 2 butter waffle cookies onto a small baking sheet

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of coconut over top of each cookie

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans over coconut

Cut each marshmallow in half lengthwise to make 8 marshmallows

Place 4 marshmallows cut side down over top of the pecan/coconut mixture on each cookie

Place in a toaster oven and set to toast. Allow to toast for approximately 3 minutes or until the marshmallows start to brown.

Cut each candy bar in half in the center and place on top of the marshmallow on each cookie.

Return to warm toaster oven and allow the chocolate to melt to a soft stage

Remove from oven and top with other cookie

For garnish, sprinkle a little coconut and pecans over the tops of the cookies

Serve and enjoy!
