Ganache Dipped Heart Marshmallows

6 tablespoons heavy cream
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 – 10 ounce bag Campfire® CupidMallows*
festive sprinkles
3 ounces white chocolate, melted


In a small saucepan, gently heat heavy cream and bittersweet chocolate over medium/low heat. Stir with a rubber spatula until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Dip marshmallows halfway into the ganache, letting excess chocolate run off. Place marshmallows on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired and/or drizzle with melted white chocolate. Repeat with remaining marshmallows.

Serve marshmallows on their own or place them in mugs of hot chocolate for an extra special treat.
