S’mores Skillet

3 cups crumbled (chunks) honey graham crackers
2 cups 60% chocolate chunks
4 cups Campfire mini marshmallows


Coat an 7-8″ skillet with cooking spray. Spread the graham cracker chunks in the skillet. Put the chocolate chunks on top. Put under a broiler oven, about 10-12″ from the broiler, until the chocolate is starting to melt, about 4-7 minutes.

Remove and cover with the marshmallows. Put back in the oven under the broiler and toast and brown the marshmallows, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove and scoop into bowls. Enjoy!
