Red, White, and Blue Ambrosia Salad

8 oz whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. sour cream
12 oz bag Campfire® Red, White, and Blue Roasters, cut into quarters
20 oz can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, drained and diced


In a large bowl, fold together Cool Whip and sour cream.

Add marshmallows, pineapple, coconut, and cherries. Stir gently.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
