Pop 1/2 cup corn with 3 tbsp oil in T-Fal dutch oven
In 1 quart T-Fal saucepan heat:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
7 large marshmallows
Cook and stir over medium eat until bubbling. Spoon caramel mixture over popped corn in your T-Fal pan, making sure all corn is covered. Serve out of pan for easy serving and cleanup.
This caramel recipe can also be used over apples. You may want to make Caramel Popcorn Balls out of it.
