1 box brownie mix (eggs, oil, water)
Regular Campfire® Marshmallows
Black gel icing
Mini muffin tin
Using a brownie box mix, mix brownie batter as directed. Spray plenty of non-stick spray in each compartment of your mini muffin pan to stop the brownies from sticking in the pan.
Using a small scooper or spoon, fill the mini muffin tin 2/3 way full with brownie batter. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
While brownies are baking, cut Campfire Regular Marshmallows into halves with kitchen scissors. Place to the side for later.
Remove brownies from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
Once slightly cooled, place marshmallow half gently into the center of each brownie. Do not press too hard or marshmallow will start to melt.
Once the brownie has completely cooled, move to a cookie sheet or platter for decorating.
Using black gel icing, chocolate frosting and/or sprinkles, create snowman faces on top of the marshmallow and enjoy!
These adorable snowman bites can be stored in air tight containers for up to 3 days!
