Toffee Marshmallow Balls

total time: 40 minutes

1 pkg (10 oz) toffee bar or bits

1-14 oz can condensed milk

1/4 cup margarine or butter

48 large marshmallows

1 cup crisped rice cereal (use more as needed)

In a saucepan combine bits of toffee bar, milk, and margarine.  Cook over medium heat about 20-25 minutes until the bits are melted.  Stir often. Cool slightly. Dip marshmallows in mixture, roll in cereal, and dry on wax paper.  Store in refrigerator.
