2 (1) ounce squares unsweetened chocolate

2 cups Campfire Miniature Marshmallows, divided

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

2 cups confectioners’ (powdered) sugar, sifted if lumpy

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds

Combine chocolate, 1 cup marshmallows, milk, and butter in a 2-quart bowl.  Cook on high (600-700 watts) 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Add sugar and vanilla.  Using an electric mixer, beat until it is smooth and thick enough to spread.  Stir in the remaining cup of marshmallows and the nuts.
