Prep Time: 5 mi (ready 13 minutes)
16 Chocolate Chip Cookies, divided 2 squares Chocolate, chopped 2 tsp. Flaked Coconut 16 Campfire Miniature Marshmallows
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place 8 of the cookies, flat sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet. Top evenly with chocolate, coconut and marshmallows. BAKE 4 mi. Cover each with second cookie, flat side down, to make sandwich. Continue baking 2 to 4 mi. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted. SERVE warm. Or, cover and refrigerate 5 to 10 mi. or until filling is set. Serves 8 |

| Put three marshmallows on a popsicle stick, place on a plate in the microwave, heat only long enough to soften slightly, let cool for a couple of minutes, Melt 2-1/2 cups chocolate on stove or microwave, place melted chocolate in a bowl. Roll the marshmallows on the stick in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. |

Ingredients: Graham crackers, broken in half milk chocolate candy bar, broken in half Campfire Marshmallows
Microwave Steps: Place one graham cracker half on microwave safe plate top with chocolate bar half and marshmallow. Microwave on high 10 - 15 seconds or until marshmallow begins to puff. Tow with second graham cracker half, gently press together. The marshmallow will melt the chocolate bar creating a yummy gooey treat!
Oven Steps: Arrange graham crackers on a cookie sheet, place chocolate and marshmallows on the graham crackers. Broil until the marshmallows turn a golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with remaining graham crackers, pressing gently.
Oven Pan:
Arrange graham crackers on the bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan. Cut the Campfire marshmallows in half and arrange on top of the graham crackers. Place BAKING CHOCOLATE pieces on top of the marhsmallow halves. Place the other marshmallow halves on top of the chocolate. Bake 10 minutes or so until marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned. Cut into bars with greased knife. |
