1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine/butter
1 egg
3 cup mini-marshmallows
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup margaine/butter
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz peanut butter chips
2 cups salted peanuts (optional)
Beat first 3 ingredients at low speed until crumbly. Press in ungreased 9×13″ pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and put 3 cups mini marshmallows on top of crust. Return to oven with oven off for 1 minute or so until marshmallows are soft. Place last 4 ingredients in medium saucepan. Melt until chips are smooth, stirring often. Add 2 cups salted peanuts. Spoon mixture over marshmallows. Chill.
