Crispy Peanut Candy

5 cups crisped rice cereal

1/2 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts

6 cups miniature marshmallows

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup butter or margarine

In large bowl combine cereal and nuts, set aside.  In top of double boiler, melt marshmallows with peanut butter and butter.  Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.  Spread in greased 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking pan.  Let stand until firm.
