Prep time: 30 mi (Ready time 4 hours and 30 minutes) 2 cups boiling water 1 pkg. (8-serving size) Strawberry Flavor Gelatin 1 cup cold water 1 pt. (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened 2 cups Campfire Miniature Marshmallows, divided
STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Let stand 20 minutes to cool.
ADD ice cream; stir until completely melted. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the marshmallows. (They will float to the top.) Spray 5-cup bunny mold or other shaped mold on tray; spray with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into prepared mold.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate. Garnish with remaining marshmallows. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.

1 (10-1/2oz) bag Campfire Miniature Marshmallows (fruit?) 1 can (11oz) mandarin orange segments, drained 1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced 1 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
In mixing bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Chill uncovered, several hours. |

12 Campfire Marshmallows, regular size 6 large apples 3 bananas 1/4 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of cream 1 Tbsp salad dressing 1/4 cup walnuts
Pare the apples and bananas. Cube them and the marshmallows into a mixing bowl. add the sugar, cream, salad dressing and walnuts. Stir thoroughly and put into a bowl or dishes for serving. Serves 6 to 8 |

prep time 15 min. (ready in 3 hours 15 minutes) 1 can (8-1/4oz) pineapple chinks, undrained 1 can (11oz) mandarin orange segments, drained 1 container (8oz) dairy sour cream 1 cup flaked coconut 1 cup Campfire Miniature Marshmallows
Drain pineapple reserving 1 Tbsp of the juice.
Mix pineapple, reserved juice and remaining ingredients, toss lightly cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled serves 7 |

2 cups diced unpaired apple 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 cup Campfire Miniature Marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise
In bowl, toss apples lightly with lemon juice. Add marshmallow, celery and 1/2 cup nuts, mix well combine yogurt and mayonnaise. Fold into salad mixture. Sprinkle with remaining nuts Serves 6 to 8 |
