This is to certify that DOUMAK marshmallows do not contain and are free from the following allergens:
1. Milk 2. Eggs 3. Fish (e.g. bass, flounder, cod) 4. Crustacean Shellfish (e.g. crab, lobster, shrimp)
5. Tree Nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, pecans) 6. Peanuts 7. Wheat 8. Soybeans
The term "major food allergen" means any of the following:
Milk, egg, fish (bass, flounder, cod), Crustacean shellfish (crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts), wheat, peanuts and soybeans.
*Gelatin: Our gelatin is made from type A porkskins.
*300g Marshmallows shipped to the Middle East are produced using only gelatin derived from fish.
