16 chocolate chip cookies, divided 2 squares chocolate, chopped 2 tsp. flaked coconut 16 Campfire Miniature Marshmallows
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place 8 of the cookies, flat sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet. Top evenly with chocolate, coconut and marshmallows. BAKE 4 min. Cover each with second cookie, flat side down, to make sandwich. Continue baking 2 to 4 min. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted. SERVE warm. |  | Prep Time: 15 min. (ready 45 min.) 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chunks 2 cups Campfire Miniature Marshmallows 1 cup peanuts 12 honey graham crackers, broken into bite-sized pieces
PLACE chocolate in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. ADD marshmallows, peanuts and graham pieces; stir until evenly coated. Drop tablespoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture onto wax paper-covered baking sheets. REFRIGERATE 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Makes 21 servings, 2 clusters each
